Acquisition of a concrete and medium-hard rock crusher co-financed by the European Union

In 2025, LETS invested in a mobile impact concrete crusher, thanks to co-financing from the European Union.

This machine has a wide range of uses, from a variety of recycling applications such as processing concrete, rubble, and asphalt, to processing soft to medium-hard rock. This reduces inert waste from construction sites, giving it a second life and allowing it to be reused on those same sites. It produces a high-quality end product (product sheet available on request).

Environment

  • Zero-emission local operation via external power supply with the E-DRIVE drive concept, for improved sustainability
    Dust reduction through water spraying to protect the operator and the environment from all potential sources of dust

Magnetic separator

  • Efficient permanent magnet for improved end product quality and high production capacity
    Flexible attachment to chains, individually adjustable in transverse and longitudinal inclination
    Radio-controlled hydraulic lifting and lowering for rapid response to material jams

Air separator

  • The air separator for cleaning upgraded products ensures better material quality, particularly during recycling, as the material is freed from foreign substances (wood and plastic). The air flow can be precisely regulated for each material.

The total budget for the operation is €580,800, with 65% co-financing from the European Union.
